Tofu Fried Rice

Would you believe me if I told you this food was made inside of a mall? Well it was! The name of this restaurant is called Teriyaki located in Barranquilla, Columbia. When I told my waiter that I was vegetarian they prepared my food an a separate grill which I appreciated. My stir fry was fresh and flavorful.
